- Invest in the overall wellness of the team with intentional conversation and employee outings.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people to serve our customers and maintain the standards of excellence that Eden represents.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Communicate and track sales goals
- Order and receive inventory accurately
- Oversee food prep and other checklist tasks
Team Lead ($12+/hr + tips)
- Bless and serve customers by making connections and being friendly and observant to customer’s needs. Handle cash and credit card payments.
- Effectively communicate the menu and its benefits to employees and customers
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Oversee food prep and other checklist tasks
- Make smoothies, bowls, juices, and other food items with speed and accuracy
- Perform open and closing shift duties including, checklist tasks, counting drawers, and communicating items to leadership.
Smoothie Barista ($10+/hr + tips)
- Bless and serve customers by making connections and being friendly and observant to customer’s needs. Handle cash and credit card payments.
- Effectively communicate the menu and its benefits to customers
